Listing Review: 2285 Alpine Drive

Good Afternoon everyone! After a wonderful Honeymoon with my Wife, I am ready to get back to work!

Today we are looking at a home on the eastern end of Vista Ridge, 2285 Alpine: a three bed, three bath home with 3271 square feet, an over sized two car garage and an unfinished basement. This home has one of my favorite floor plans in all of Vista Ridge, with its kitchen near the front of the house as you walk in, and while it seem strange it first, the layout with the large and open living space works extremely well. Off the living room is an decent sized back yard with an awesome covered patio that will be perfect for the coming summer months! The Master suite is just off the main floor and has a spacious five-piece ensuite to complete the package. 
The second floor has a huge loft that overlooks the main floor living space, providing an expansive and open view throughout the majority of the house. The floor is completed with two additional well-sized guest bedrooms and a full bathroom to share. The basement of the home is large and unfinished, and luckily it is laid out in a near ideal way so when it is finished, it will be able to provide a large amount of useful living space. 

The home could use some updating, but nothing egregious, and certainly nothing that would hinder or slow a move in. 

This home is in the right price range, especially when looking at the other homes on the market currently. The floor plan being rather unique might put off some buyers, and with many other homes on the market with more ‘traditional’ layouts, it could potentially delay the sale of the house. 

This home is a really solid home that has a lot of room still to grow into. With a great outdoor space and a uniquely functional layout, this house will provide nearly any family a perfect home.
